Responsibilities: The Sales manager leads a team of Sales Representatives. With a demonstrated mastery of Tele selling and soft-selling, he/she will drive the company’s solution, product, and service sales to small-to-medium size companies.
Main Responsibilities include:
Recruiting and hiring Telesales representatives that exceed the recommended profile.
Building a high performance work team that is proficient in Tele selling techniques.
Managing a team to consistent selling behaviors including outbound calling, customer development, lead follow up, pipeline growth, and sales closure.
Building and executing a sales plan for meeting & exceeding assigned Quota targets.
Developing tactics to increase revenue in existing customers.
Developing tactics to drive new business (prospects) opportunities within a specific region, territory, or vertical.
Leading by demonstrating strong proficiencies in the sales process.
Understanding the organization’s value proposition and competitive position across the complete Web & Software solution set and how it maps to individual customer requirements.
Exceeding all revenue and quota targets
The candidate must have extensive management experience in a fast paced, Hi-tech, software or Web solution sales environment.
He/She should have a proven track record of success in delivering results utilizing all company resources effectively and efficiently.
The Sales Manager must be an energetic individual with a track record of success in building and managing diverse teams, they must be able to work effectively across the functions of Sales, Marketing, and Service.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): telesales, Sales.

At least 2 to 4 year(s) of experience in managing a Telesales/Inside Sales team with a proven track record of successful achievement against quota
Demonstrated ability to build and execute a tactical sales plan that achieves consistent Q/Q revenue growth
Successful performance history in a solutions selling environment
Successful track record of providing weekly, monthly and quarterly commits that identify enough opportunity to meet quota
